Single Queue "Clinic Modeler" Windows App (under development)

Above is a link to a download Web page where a working .NET 2.0 Windows Application can be installed (via Microsoft "ClickOnce" technology).
The Windows program is the "Clinic Modeler". The installed program will work without any connection to the Internet.
However, if the Internet is available, the "Clinic Modeler" program will automatically check for more recent versions, and update itself.
To proceed, simply choose "Download Clinic Modeler" above, and choose "Install"
on the ensuing download page. Background on the "Clinic Modeler" parameters and
algorithms can be found at Single Queue Model .
The "Clinic Modeler" program requires another download called "Microsoft Framework 2.0".
Recently purchased computer systems (since 2005) will already have this installation, but the "Clinic Modeler" download will check, and provide instructions to a complete
install otherwise.
